If you're using the same computer with the same configuration, I recommend that you remove the program from the PC (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner. After that, reboot the PC and install the software again. If you have issues, try using the updated version of the software. If none of these actions help, try running the software using the Program Compatibility Troubleshooter.

This program was tested on Windows 7 on 64-bit and no error was encountered. To fix the problem, try to run the program using compatibility features. To do this, right click on the program's icon from the desktop and choose Properties > Compatibility > Run this program in compatibility with Windows XP. You shouldn't receive any more errors.
